Inari Pointner, Head of TM Change Management at Nordea focuses on driving organisational transformation and ensures effective adoption of new processes. She joined Nordea in 2012 and started working in the Financial Crime prevention area in 2016. Owning the Transaction Monitoring end-to-end change delivery framework from prioritisation to delivering business value, Inari has been managing around 25 change initiatives, from large and complex Programmes to Epics for the past three years.
